Basford Tennis Club has been at its present site for 100 years this year. To celebrate, we will be holding a party at the club on Sunday 28th June 2026.
Between 14:00 to 16:30 there will be live music, a BBQ, and the bar will be open. You are welcome to bring along your friends and family to celebrate with us.
During this time we are also hosting a 1 Point Grand Slam event. If you wish to take part, please sign up on the sheet available on the tennis club notice board.
Social tennis will be available in the morning and on the remaining courts in the afternoon. Please remember, usual court etiquette applies throughout the day.

The clubhouse and courts are looking well at present but after a wet winter the grounds are in need of a general tidy up and maintenance.
We are looking for volunteers to assist in a working party to undertake various maintenance jobs around the site on Saturday 20th June 2026 starting at 10am.
If you could spare a couple of hours on that morning it would be greatly appreciated.
